Therapy for Professionals

High performance shouldn’t cost your mental health. Practical, virtual therapy tailored to professionals across Ontario.

Matthew Moses, Social Worker, MSW, RSW

You’re used to solving problems, managing stress, and delivering results. But carrying the pressure of a demanding career on your own can come at a cost.

Without adequate support, the pressure to perform can lead not only to diminished work performance, but also reduced functioning and quality of life outside of work.

If you are struggling to cope, you might recognize some of these signs:

  • Burnout: Emotional exhaustion, growing detachment from your work, and a declining sense of professional efficacy despite working harder.

  • The Identity Trap: Feeling like your self-worth is tied strictly to your work performance.

  • Disconnection at Home: Struggling to stay present with your partner or family, leading to strained relationships.

  • The "Push Through" Wall: Realizing that just grinding harder is no longer a viable strategy.

Therapy Isn't About Losing Your Edge.

It’s not about becoming less ambitious or less capable. It’s about learning to navigate pressure, responsibility, and emotion in a way that actually works for you, and the life you want to build.

My approach is pragmatic, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. Together, we will clarify what matters most to you and implement actionable strategies to help you manage the load without burning out.
